Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit or exchange at the time of purchase and may
be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.

Items returned for CREDIT must be in original condition with all original packaging.

Any wrong, missing, or damaged item must be reported to RMA department within one week of delivery. The Customer is responsible for all charges incurred in returning the merchandise. Return shipping and
handling charges are nonrefundable.

For your protection it is recommended that the returned package(s) are insured and that a tracking
reference and proof of delivery is obtainable for the shipment.

RMA number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the package.

All sales are final after 30 days from invoice date.

RMA Procedure:

  1. Call BPI to Request an RMA Form at (800) 339-9686.
  2. Fill out the RMA Request Form completely, signed by an authorized employee.
  3. Fax the form to BPI (619) 286-0265 with a copy of your invoice / packing slip with the
    items to be returned circled.
  4. Upon receipt of the RMA Request Form, an RMA Number will be processed and issued
    to you by fax or email within 24 hours. Your RMA Number is valid for 10 days from
    authorization date.
  5. Mark the RMA Number clearly on the outside of your package.
