How long has BPI been in business?

Is the BPI website secure? What security features are in place to safeguard my information?

Security is a top priority at BPI. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – SSL. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted. Only those employees who need to know specific information to process your order are allowed access to that information. If you wish at any time to remove your information from our client database you may call our toll free number 1-800-339-9686 or email our webmaster. If you choose to remove your information from our systems, you will be required to re-enter all of your information for future transactions. All BPI servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple firewalls and password protection. All employees are updated with the latest information on our security and privacy practices.

How do I change my password or other account information?

You can control most of this information by logging into your BPI account and clicking on My Account in the main navigation. If you need further assistance please email our webmaster.

I found a glitch, typo or other website error, who do I get to blame?

We usually blame our webmaster for any online glitches, gremlins, or errata. Feel free to email our webmaster with anything out of the ordinary you might find. Thank you!

How will I keep track of my order’s progress when I submit an order with BPI?

We will keep you informed of your order’s status via e-mail. You may also check our online order status page for live updates by logging into your BPI account and visiting My Account. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an automated email from us immediately.

What payment methods does BPI accept?

BPI accepts Visa and Mastercard for online orders. If you require other financing options or require an on-going credit arrangement, please call us toll free at 1-800-339-9686.

How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS.com) and normally arrive 2-3 business days after pick up from BPI. Of course we cannot always guarantee this timeline, but you can always check your order status via My Account.

Can I request rush shipping?

UPS Next Day Air is an available option for the contiguous United States.

I can’t find a specific form or product. How do I suggest one or request one be printed?

You can contact us anytime to make a suggestion or request information about creating a custom printed item for your needs. Call 1-800-339-9686 to speak with our custom printing department where our experts can help you with just about any printing project you might imagine.

What can I have custom printed?

If you can name it, we can print it! Nearly all of our standard forms can be customized for your specific needs and we can provide art and printing services for nearly any other possible project you can imagine, from business cards to billboards.
